At Ragtrades, our partners help shape almost every aspect of our business — from product design to client success and pricing structure. We’re proud to run our business this way, and we attribute our success to the guidance and support of our clients.

In fact, this feedback pipeline has been so important that we decided to make it an official forum. In 2019, Ragtrades founded our Customer Advisory Board (CAB), where clients can offer feedback, guide product development, and trade strategic learnings. The inaugural CAB meeting kicked off in Milan, Italy, and was a resounding success. We’re continuing the tradition in 2020, and we’d like you to join our next gathering!

So what can you expect? For background, last year’s meeting brought together key stakeholders from top fashion and luxury businesses. It was an incredibly rich and thought-provoking meeting, where our team gleaned important insights from brand clients and learned how to make our technology more impactful to increase our clients’ return on their investment in Ragtrades. Afterwards, we hosted a dinner-and-mingle at the popular Milanese restaurant El Carnicero, in the chic Porta Romana neighborhood. It was a delightful evening for our team, as well as current and prospective clients, who networked, talked shop, and generally had a blast.

Our next CAB meeting will be held in London in the Spring of 2020 — and again, we’d love to see you there. Needless to say, this isn’t just about Ragtrades and our work. It’s about gathering fashion’s leading lights together so we can learn from each other and share our hard-earned wisdom. We want to build a global community of thought leaders who are using data to make a brighter and more efficient future for the fashion industry. If that sounds like something you want to be a part of, please send an email to andrea [at] ragtrades [dot] com or LinkedIn message.

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.
